Returns Policy

Vertex Lubricants is happy to refund products if returned within 7 days of receiving your goods provided the products are returned with a valid invoice or delivery docket, and

• Is unopened and unused
• In original condition and packaging
• Includes all parts and accessories that complete the product
• Is not a customised item. Customised products include products made to order or mixed to specific requirements.

If you need to return an item, please contact the local Vertex Lubricants Branch with your invoice number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how and where to return items from your order.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method if possible. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for refunds to appear in your account. For goods that have been delivered there will be no credit for any freight charges.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order you will need to contact the local Vertex Lubricants Branch. We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to cancel your order as it may have already been processed.

If we are unable to cancel your order prior to dispatch, we will revert to the returns policy and can refund to your original payment method where possible.

Delivery Policy (including if there are multiple shipments and if delivery is to be delayed)

Shipping costs.

• Delivery on a Vertex Lubricants Truck is $18.50 per delivery and a Pump Over is $28.50 per pump over. All other delivery methods are calculated based on the size/weight of the order and the travel distance.

Shipment Processing Time.

• All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. Items that are on back order will be shipped out as soon as they become available. We will notify you about the back order within two business days.

Shipping Restrictions.

• All expedited orders require a street address. Orders cannot be shipped to PO BOX. Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

International Shipping.

• We do not arrange international shipping. The customer will be responsible for collecting goods from our premises and aranging overseas shipping.

Delivery and Risk of Goods. Where Goods are supplied by Vertex Lubricants

• Delivery will be deemed complete when we give possession of the Goods to you (or your agent, contractor or representative) or to a carrier for Delivery to you from our warehouse or our branch or otherwise. We accept no liability for damage to Goods in transit to you.
• We reserve the right to Deliver the Goods in instalments and each instalment will be deemed to be a separate order subject to these Terms.
• Failure by us to Deliver one or more instalments, will not entitle you to cancel your Order; and risk will pass to you from the earlier of Delivery of the Goods as defined above. If you request and we agree to a delay in Delivery, risk will pass upon the date of your request for such delay.
