Directions:
Surface Preparation:
1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of rust and dirt. Use a wire brush, emery paper, or similar tools to remove any signs of corrosion.
2. Clean the surface with Vertex BSP or a similar degreaser if necessary.
3. Where possible, abrade the surface using disc grinding, a wire brush, or sandpaper.
4. Smooth any previously painted surfaces by sanding.
5. For aluminium, stainless steel, brass, copper, or galvanised metal, apply Vertex Zinc Coat as a primer before painting.
6. Mask off the surrounding area with newspaper or similar material to protect from overspray.
Application:
1. Shake the can until the agitator ball moves freely, then continue shaking for an additional minute to ensure thorough mixing.
2. Hold the can approximately 25cm from the surface and spray in a smooth, uniform motion. Avoid heavy, single-coat application.
3. Apply a series of light coats, allowing the paint to dry for 10 minutes between coats, before applying the final layer.
Clean-Up:
Use mineral turpentine or white spirits for clean-up.

Your order will be shipped via a third-party carrier, either by courier or bulk freight, depending on the size and weight. If you have specific carrier instructions or wish to use a preferred carrier already set up with us, please mention this in the order notes at checkout.
