Vertex Sawcool SH-D is a virgin mineral oil enhanced with viscosity improvers to deliver optimal performance across a wide range of temperatures. It is blended with essential fatty acids and EP (Extreme Pressure) additives, tailored specifically for the New Zealand Forestry Industry and its associated markets. Vertex Sawcool SH-D is designed for the wood processing industry. It is a premium mineral-based oil, ideal for lubricating saw guides and blades in sawmilling operations. The oil prevents resin build-up on blades, provides cooling during use, and is highly resistant to bacterial growth and contamination. It is also well-suited for lubricating gang saws and edgers in timber processing, eliminating the need for separate lubricants across multiple applications. This product can be accurately mixed using a venturi mixer for precise ratios. For non-staining applications, the Vertex Clean Chain range of fluids is recommended.

Select this option if your order includes large pack-size products (200L+), and you require a direct pump-over service. Not all products are eligible for pump-over; eligible products will have a tick box option at checkout. Please tick the items you wish to have pumped over. - Courier/ Freight
Select this option if your delivery address is outside our service area or you require delivery outside of standard times. Your order will be shipped via a third-party carrier, either by courier or bulk freight, depending on the size and weight. If you have specific carrier instructions or wish to use a preferred carrier already set up with us, please mention this in the order notes at checkout.
